The Lithuanian Sea Museum, near the Dolphinarium, is home to an ethnographic seaside fisherman’s farm with residential and farm buildings, open from May to September, and a traditional Couronian Lagoon fishing flatbed sailboat – Kurenkahn. The educational program “Once upon a time in Klaipeda ... Couronians!” will tell about the Couronian Lagoon, the Couronian Spit, the history of the Baltic Sea and the local flora and fauna diversity (photos made by Evaldas Lasys).
